Job Description:
Join Telent's Engineering Team to support critical infrastructure. As a NOC Technician, you will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. This role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create and manage network incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams and service providers.
4. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
5. Coordinate traffic management activities with relevant teams and providers.
6. Communicate with customers and utility companies regarding network issues.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally within a NOC environment. Skills in 1st line diagnostics, incident resolution, and good communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also required.
