Were seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join a fast-paced warehouse team based near Sevenoaks, Kent. Youll play a key role in ensuring products are handled, stored, and dispatched to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Safely handle and move fresh produce throughout the warehouse. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all stock is checked and recorded accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch following company procedures. Carry out stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure all produce is stored in optimal conditions to maintain quality and shelf life. Operate warehouse equipment safely, following health & safety and food hygiene regulations. Work closely with supervisors and warehouse colleagues to meet daily performance targets. What Were Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food distribution environment (fresh produce preferred). Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. A positive, reliable, and team-focused approach to work. Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards (training provided). Must be able to commit to the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including some weekends.
