Role:
The role will suit an experienced candidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
1. Taking a proactive approach to customer service
2. Reviewing documents such as salary income, P60, P64, rent statements and universal credit
3. Checking, recording and passing payments, invoices and professional fees
4. Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
5. Updating and maintaining the internal database
6. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
7. Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone
Person:
8. Excellent communication Skills
9. Hold strong system skills
10. A good financial understanding
11. Administrative experience
