Role Overview

You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.


Role Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment.
* Maintain shop and back-of-house cleanliness and organisation.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience

* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
