Mustard is on the lookout for a kind, thoughtful and experienced People + HR Advisor to join our growing global team across the UK and Australia. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract reporting to our co-founders Becca + Jess. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a generalist role, takes ownership and loves making a meaningful impact.
This is a hands-on, part-time maternity cover role focused on maintaining consistency, care and compliance in our day-to-day people operations. While you’ll be trusted to take initiative and uphold high standards, this role is not expected to drive long-term strategic change. You’ll be keeping the engine running, not redesigning it.
As People + HR Advisor at Mustard, you’ll oversee day-to-day HR operations – from onboarding to offboarding – and help maintain a smooth, engaging employee experience while our Head of People is on leave. You’ll work closely with team members across the business and be supported by our leadership team to ensure consistency, care, and compliance in everything we do.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys variety, cares deeply about people, and is excited by the culture and pace of a fast-scaling global brand. You’ll play a key role in keeping our people practices thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with Mustard’s values.
