The Role
As a VAG Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our VAG customers, managing the customer journey from booking through to completion. You'll play a central role in ensuring seamless communication between customers and our technicians, providing an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and handle incoming service enquiries, with a focus on VAG vehicles
* Schedule appointments and manage service bookings
* Liaise with technicians to coordinate work and provide timely updates
* Provide accurate cost estimates and keep customers informed throughout the service
* Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
* Deliver high standards of customer service at all times
About You
* Experience in customer service, ideally within automotive workshops
* Knowledge of VAG vehicles and service requirements is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional, reliable, and proactive
* Confident using computer systems and maintaining service records
