Warehouse Co-Ordinator Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join their client's leading aerospace team in Oxford, UK. As the Warehouse Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the operation of a work area within the Material Management Warehouse, supporting the Team Leaders and Senior Management in the implementation of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve optimum stock turn and handling for the company's operations - Provide necessary support to Management in pursuance of overall divisional and company targets - Adhere to all documented company quality system procedures when carrying out operational duties - Conduct material orders and movements in the correct priority sequence - Ensure all items are unloaded and handled according to company and airworthiness directives - Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts - Develop and maintain a teamwork approach to working with colleagues - Identify and resolve issues of a problematic nature at onset - Ensure the application of SAP and other business tools consistent with the training received - Maintain departmental administrative systems and provide accurate documentation - Achieve set targets and objectives - Operate cross-functionally across the Warehouse functions (inbound, outbound, repairs, tool control) - Provide regular reports on work in progress to the Team Leaders Skills and Qualifications: - Preferred experience in the aviation supply chain - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels - Good security awareness and understanding of the vulnerability of stock within a warehouse environment - Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively while maintaining compliance - Proven experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering to KPIs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook - Preferred experience in driving forklift truck equipment and holding a relevant certificate - Full UK Driving License About the role: - 6-month initial contract (potential for extension) - 37.5-hour week - Standard day shifts but may change to shift pattern so require flexibility - £12.72 per hour PAYE / £17.01 per hour Umbrella Please note the successful candidate will need to undergo security clearance for this role.
