The Role - Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements - Finding Solutions to complex and bespoke liceencing requests - Assist clients on queries relating to software licencing, billing and contract renewals - Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices - Drafting quotations for new and additional licence requests - Assist with client queries with the Senior Coordinator The Requirements - Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurised environment - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output - Excellent customer service skills with experience of dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels - Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals - Experience in interpreting legal contracts - Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices Flexible with a 'can do' attitude with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proven administration and organisational skills with the ability work on own initiative, juggle tasks and prioritise work - Preferred IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills - An eye for detail and excellence - Proven to be an effective team member to contribute to their own team as well as other parts of the business - Amenable to UK working hours WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
