Job Description
The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
3. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Run the day to day finance department as number 2 to the Finance Director
5. Lead all statutory accounting, Tax and compliance
6. Oversee the all transactional finance
7. Transform systems and processes through automation
8. Lead the period end close
9. Lead the year end audit
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally be:
10. A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
11. Demonstrable experience within an international organisation with various jurisdictions
12. Strong financial control and commercial finance experience
13. Able to lead the day to day running of the finance department
14. Able to create and foster a a great culture
15. Demonstrable experience in automating processes
16. Able to thrive within a growing business and change environment
17. Strong business partner who can influence, challenge and bring stakeholders on a journey
18. USGAAP knowledge
What's on Offer
The Head of Finance role comes with a competitive base salary commensurate with experience - £95,000-£115,000
