Role Purpose
The Sales Support role is responsible for providing administrative and support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth handling of enquiries, order processing, customer communication, and general sales administration. This role is key in maintaining high levels of customer service and supporting the wider sales process from enquiry through to despatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Inbox Management:
* Monitor and sort shared inboxes
* Allocate incoming enquiries and emails to the appropriate team members
Sales Administration:
* Process customer stock orders and support with bespoke order requirements.
* Manage despatches and transport arrangements, including courier bookings.
* Save and maintain Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and keep order records accurate and up to date.
* Capture, track, and monitor all incoming sales enquiries.
* Maintain and update CRM system with new business partners (BP's) and sales opportunities.
* Assist with producing CAD drawings (AutoCAD) to support customer orders when required.
* Handle incoming product/system enquiries, advising customers on the most suitable wetroom solution for their project.
* Provide customers with technical and installation documentation.
* Carry out general administrative tasks to support the sales function.
Customer Support:
* Act as the first point of contact, answering incoming calls professionally and helpfully.
* Assist customers with order tracking, updates, and general enquiries.
* Provide advice to customers on which system they should be using based on project requirements
* Welcome and support visitors and customers attending the factory in person.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident in handling customer communications (both phone and email).
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Experience with CRM systems (desirable).
* Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administration role
