Service Care Legal are currently working with a respected and dynamic Scottish law firm seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Director to their growing Glasgow or Edinburgh-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to lead on complex and high-value transactions, support team development, and play a key role in the growth of the commercial property practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex sales, acquisitions, development, and funding transactions, along with commercial leasing matters
* Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors
* Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
* Participate in departmental business meetings and contribute to team strategy
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property (PQE flexible for the right candidate)
* Strong technical expertise in complex transactions, including leasing, funding, and development
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical, commercial legal solutions
* Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior team members
