As a recruiter, you will be responsible for building up new business for your desk and generating a strong bank of candidates. We expect the successful candidate to train as a 360 recruiter and use their initiative to develop appropriate solutions and make decisions when required.

Contracted to 42 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm & Friday 8am - 5pm
Holidays starting at 23 days plus Bank Holidays + Birthday off

* Managing your own temporary desk within the industrial industry
* Growing your scope and reach of your desk
* Working towards reaching the company's financial targets

To be successful in this position, you will:
* Have previous recruiter or sales experience
* Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant
* Display a consultative, professional, business-partnering approach
* Thrive in a target-driven environment
* Have excellent communication skills and be capable of leading and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
* Possess the ability to work under pressure
