Searcys is looking for an experienced Receptionist Supervisor to assist the floor managers in the day-to-day running of the Brasserie and Champagne Bar. As a Searcys Receptionist, you will be required to greet all guests and take reservations, ensuring all information is captured and correct.
Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers an ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.

We are looking for someone who is flexible on start times, as you could start as early as 9am and the latest finish will be 11pm.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all guests upon entering and make them feel welcome.
* Ensure all check-in and check-out procedures are followed.
* Take reservations and verify all information.
* Record and distribute messages promptly.
* Maintain acceptable dress and appearance standards for all persons entering the restaurant.
* Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
* Communicate with the manager and team as needed.
* Relay customer feedback to the appropriate manager.
* Use your expertise to assist customers.
* Work harmoniously as part of the team.
* Remain guest-focused, being visible and communicative to identify customer needs.
* Project a helpful and positive attitude to customers.
* Provide professional and friendly service to all customers.
* Perform duties to the specified standards.
* Follow rotas/schedules set by your manager.
* Act as a positive ambassador for the business.
* Deliver on promises to customers and team, acting on guest feedback with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of prior front-of-house experience in hospitality
* Knowledge of reservation systems (desirable)
* Supportive team player
