In This Role, You Will
 * Support and guide dealers to deliver an exceptional poker experience.
 * Build strong relationships with customers, helping them feel welcome and engaged.
 * Work closely with the Management team to ensure a smooth transition from arrival to the poker table.
 * Set the standard for how the Poker Room operates – efficiently, professionally, and with energy.
 * Monitor and manage poker room performance, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company standards.
 * Drive customer engagement through promotions, tournaments, and tailored experiences.
 * Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall casino offering.
 * Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
 * Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various issues, including designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating promotions.
 * Extensive knowledge of all poker games operated in the Poker Room.
 * Understanding of rules for both tournament and cash game play.
 * Experience in creating and leading a team.
