* Salary:£26,666.64 per annum DAYS
* Holiday:23.5 days annual leave
* Shift Details:
* Days Fixed:6am6pm (1hrs Lunch)
* Fixed pattern (3 on/3 off)
Gatehouse Duties
* Manage trailer movements using our Yard Management System
* Coordinate with drivers, shunters, warehouse staff, and the transport office
* Maintain clear radio communication and accurate system updates
Transport Admin Duties:
* Despatch and debrief drivers using internal IT systems
* Prepare driver boxes and resolve transport-related issues
* Liaise with on-site, customer service, and planning teams
? What Were Looking For:
* Previous admin experience(essential)
* Transport or logistics background(preferred)
* Security experience(a bonus for gatehouse roles)
* Confident usingMicrosoft Officeandtransport applications
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, reliable work ethic
