Shape the Future of Adaptive Robotics
We’re partnered with a forward-thinking London-based robotics startup that's redefining how robots learn, adapt, and interact in real-world environments. Backed by a worldrenowned accelerator and industry-leading investors, this agile team is building AIpowered systems that eliminate the need for traditional programming. Their platform allows robots to understand natural instructions, adapt to changing environments, and scale tasks across entire fleets by unlocking powerful new possibilities for automation in sectors like logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
As A Senior AI Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for:
·
Designing and implementing AI-based control systems that allow robots to learn and adapt in real-time
·
Building core robotic software to support no-code task teaching and autonomous behavior generation
·
Working with perception systems (2D/3D sensors, vision models) to enable dynamic scene understanding
·
Developing reusable and scalable architectures for robot learning and behavior sharing across fleets
·
Collaborating with the founding team on system-level design, from hardware integration to AI deployment
·
Leading experiments and R&D initiatives, helping robots operate in unpredictable, real-world environments
What You’ll Bring:
·
5+ years’ experience in robotics, AI software, or autonomous systems
·
Strong skills in Python, C++, or Rust (and knowledge of building productiongrade systems)
·
Deep understanding of robotics fundamentals (control systems, planning, perception, etc.)
·
Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps workflows
·
Bonus: ROS2, real-time robot control, imitation/reinforcement learning, or simulation tools
·
A startup mindset — you enjoy solving hard problems quickly, wearing multiple hats, and building from 0→1
Why Join?
You’ll work directly on next-gen AI systems that control real-world robotic platforms, not just simulations. As a key early hire, you’ll help shape the architecture, capabilities, and future of the company’s core technology. If you're passionate about robotics, learning systems, and solving problems at the cutting edge of AI, this is your chance to build something genuinely transformative
