Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Concierge at our Plymouth Domestic Abuse Services.

The role of Concierge will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customer queries
* Developing relationships with customers and helping them develop life skills
* Handling occasional emergency or challenging situations
* Providing excellent service and going above and beyond for customers
* Organising and running social activities occasionally
* Health and safety responsibilities, such as fire safety checks
* Maintaining security of the service
* Writing and updating customer notes
Skills and experience required:
* Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse issues
* Experience working under challenging circumstances
* Confident IT skills
