* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively, including event coordination and documentation.
* Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team supporting a youth organisation.
* Strong communication skills to interact professionally with parents/guardians, volunteers, and external partners.

* Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, including records related to cadet training, activities, and events.
