Sous Chef - Food‑Led Pub Christchurch Up to £36,000 per annum Live‑out position We are a busy, food‑led pub in the heart of the New Forest looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. About the Role Supporting the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen Maintaining consistently high food standards and presentation Assisting with menu development, prep, and service Upholding excellent food safety and hygiene standards Helping manage junior chefs and kitchen organisation The Kitchen Up to 150 covers maximum Straight shifts only Kitchen opening hours: 12pm - 8pm Focus on quality, seasonality, and well‑executed pub food Hours & Schedule Minimum 45 hours per week 5 days out of 7 Overtime paid back in lieu What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP Passion for fresh, food‑led pub cooking Calm, organised, and professional under pressure Strong teamwork and leadership skills What We Offer Salary up to £36,000 per year Straight shifts - excellent work/life balance Supportive and professional kitchen environment Opportunity to be part of a growing, food‑focused business Interested?
