Sales Development Representative – HealthTech
Our client is a global HealthTech platform that leverages AI to quickly & efficiently assess patients in a range of clinical settings, care homes & hospitals. They have won multiple awards & experienced high levels of growth over recent years and, as such, are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their UK team.
They are having huge success because the government are determined for all care homes to go digital within the next couple of years. As such, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive their new business efforts across both outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads where necessary.

This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Identifying & prospecting leads through a range of outbound calls, emails and networking
* Manage inbound leads where necessary
* Generate long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients
* Support wider sales team by managing a set of schedules and booking meetings/appointments on a regular basis
* Effective use of CRM systems and data management
* Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
* Collaborate & liaise with other internal teams including key accounts and marketing
* Attend industry events where necessary
The Successful Candidate
* 12+ months experience in similar SDR / BDR position (lead generation & booking meetings)
* A connection to the healthcare sector / care space would be ideal, however candidates from a range of software / new business backgrounds would also be considered
* Candidates with product sales experience into care homes would also be considered
* Confident with new business & hungry for growth
* Based in the UK; happy to travel to the Midlands once per month for team meetings & team events
Sales Development Representative Package
* Basic salary: £35,000-40,000
* OTE: +25%
