This role is perfect for someone calm, proactive, and supportive in demanding situations As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you’ll support individual pupils in managing behaviour, accessing learning, and building positive routines. The role requires adapting strategies to meet emotional, social, and academic needs while maintaining clear boundaries. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for pupils with autism and challenging behaviour. Implement behaviour strategies and support emotional regulation. Assist students in accessing classroom learning and activities. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to follow tailored plans. Promote a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
