Support Worker Role at M&D Care in Ammanford
We are looking for Support Workers to join our brand new residential service in Ammanford, supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that may challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exceptional service, providing outstanding care and support.

Responsibilities
1. Become part of our team, delivering emotional and practical care for vulnerable adults and transforming lives daily.
2. Provide quality care within a residential setting, ensuring adherence to person-centred care plans.
3. Work on a rota basis, which may include early starts, late finishes, day and night shifts, and weekends.
4. Support with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, and shopping.
5. Facilitate activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
6. Commit to delivering excellent care for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
7. Work independently, sometimes taking sole responsibility for a person, ensuring their safety and health.
8. Follow regulatory requirements as outlined by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
9. Applicants must be over 18 years old.

Additional Role Information
* Contracted hours range from 22.5 to 45 hours, with varying shift patterns including weekends and nights.
