At Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust (GHC), we provide joined‑up mental health, physical health and learning disability services to people of all ages across Gloucestershire. We run community hospitals and provide care and support in people’s own homes and in a range of other locations across the county.


Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated team member to support our dynamic unit that manages minor injuries, illnesses, trauma and medicine. The role involves handling calls, managing data entry, and providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.


Responsibilities

* Prioritise workload within tight deadlines while collaborating with co‑workers.
* Cope well under pressure, working both independently and as part of a team.
* Provide clear verbal and written communication to patients and staff.
* Enter and manage data in various systems, with preference for experience using SystmOne.
* Deal with sensitive information and handle patient enquiries with professionalism.
* Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and attention to detail.


Qualifications & Experience

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in call handling, management and data entry in multiple systems.
* Computer literate with experience using SystmOne a plus.
* Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
