Role: Office Admin/Teaching Assistant (Part Time/Full Time)

Location: North London, Wood Green

Hours: 20-40hrs (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation, carrying out day to day task, delivering teaching activities through up to date presentation design and also perform research activities for business growth and development.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

* Teaching - delivering teaching activities through up to date presentation design
* Managing general day to day administration duties to support office - Answering telephone calls politely and promptly and directing where necessary and passing on concise messages -
* Meeting and greeting visitors and directing them to meeting rooms -
* Operational tasks including scanning, filing, archiving, photocopying, data input etc. -
* Responding to customer enquiries - Selling our courses to clients

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbal and written

* Excellent in Microsoft office -

* Ambitious, eager to act as a key part within the business and running of day-to-day tasks -
* Willingness to get involved with all aspects - admin, teaching, selling and customer service.

Qualifications & Experience -Bachelor's Degree -Previous experience in a similar field desirable but not essential

Pay: £24,420.00-£41,123.80 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

* London N22 8HF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

* teaching: 1 year (preferred)
