My client is a boutique Private & Commercial Bank who has a dedicated Real Estate Finance team specialising in property investment lending.
Overview
* Offer a sophisticated Real Estate Finance service that caters to the unique needs of experienced Real Estate professionals, with an expected target debt requirement of £3mn+, specifically in the Residential Investment market.
* Develop and enhance relationships with both new to bank and existing HNW clients’ businesses
* Provide effective lending and deposit solutions to meet the needs of such clients, building a profitable and sustainable portfolio which contributes positively to both sides of the Bank's commercial balance sheet
* Work professionally and proactively to represent the Bank both externally and internally
* Work closely with Private Bankers to encourage internal networks for the referral of business
Responsibilities
1. Origination and Primary relationship management responsibility of a portfolio of more complex real estate clients, serving as their strategic partner in the bank and acting as a gateway to other products and services.
2. Specific responsibility for developing the Bank's offer in the UK and also to source business for the wider bank.
