Our schools supports children and young people who face social, emotional and mental health challenges. Many have experienced adversity or trauma, and we provide them with a safe, structured and caring environment in which they can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a strong understanding of SEMH needs
* Someone who is creative, adaptable, and committed to inclusive practice
* A positive role model who can build strong relationships based on trust, empathy and high expectations
* Excellent classroom management and a trauma-informed approach
* Previous experience working in SEMH or alternative provision is an advantage, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
