Accounts Assistant
Norwich Office based
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Up to £30,000 p.a. depending on experience
My client are looking for a proactive and reliable Accounts Assistant to support their finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Xero, Excel, and Barclaysnet, and be confident handling payroll and invoice management. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure a smooth day-to-day finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and process supplier invoices
Run payroll and manage staff wages
Manage payments and reconciliations via Barclaysnet
Maintain financial records using Xero
Assist with general finance admin tasks
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Xero (essential)
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Experience with payroll and/or Barclaysnet preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage time and work independently
