M365 Engineer - Tenant Management

Duration: 6-Month Contract + ext
Want to build a modern Microsoft 365 environment completely unhindered by legacy technical debt?
We are a newly formed technology function, building a greenfield, high-quality end-user services estate from scratch. We are looking for a hybrid M365 Engineer who can split their time between high-level tenant administration and providing premium, "white-glove" onsite technical support to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
* M365 Subject Matter Expert: Act as the technical authority for the estate, collaborating closely with our managed service providers.
* Greenfield Engineering: Help shape, improve, and deploy a modern workplace environment with zero legacy constraints.
* Project Delivery: Lead and support critical projects including new service rollouts, estate optimization, and office expansions.
* VIP Support: Provide elite, face-to-face "white-glove" technical support and service escalations for senior leadership.
What we need from you:
* Advanced M365 Admin Skills: Deep expertise across core Microsoft 365 applications, tenant management, and end-user services.
* Certification: Active Microsoft 365 Administrator certification is highly preferred.
* OS Expertise: Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and iOS deployment within a corporate ecosystem.
* Industry Background: Proven experience providing VIP/White-Glove support within a financial services, banking, insurance, or corporate broking environment.
* Tooling: Prior experience with Apple Business Manager and ServiceNow is a distinct advantage.
