Associate Recruitment Consultant – Derry / Londonderry
3D Personnel is seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team in Derry / Londonderry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background working in an office, sales or customer service who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, learning the full 360° recruitment process through structured training and hands-on mentoring.
What You'll Do
Source and engage candidates through databases, job boards and networking
Screen candidates and assess skills, experience and career goals
Support senior consultants with live roles and client management
Advertise roles and maintain accurate candidate records
Coordinate interviews, compliance and recruitment administration
Deliver a high standard of service to candidates and clients
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service role or an office environment
Strong communicator with a proactive, target-driven mindset
Organised, motivated and team-oriented
Recruitment experience not required — full training provided
