A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Tamworth is seeking a full time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from December 2025 until July 2026. For the right candidate, this role could lead to a permanent position.
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates from any discipline who are enthusiastic about working with children and exploring future careers in teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or other fields related to education and child development.

Your Role Will Include:
Supporting children with a range of SEN needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting in the delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons
Adapting learning materials to suit individual needs and learning styles
Encouraging confidence, independence, and active participation among pupils
Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
A graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) from any subject area
Passionate about inclusive education
Patient, empathetic, and resilient
A strong communicator and collaborative team member
Experience with SEN is a bonus, but not essential
