Salary: £26,591.40 pro rata based on 40 hours per week.
This vacancy is for 32 hours per week.
Job Share will be considered.
Rota Patterns for full-time roles will be: Flexible seven-day rota, 9am-5pm, 5pm-1am, and 1am-9am.

The role of Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker is crucial in providing victims of sexual assault with dedicated support and care. Acting as an advocate for patients attending the centre, you will empower service users to feel in control and support them during the forensic process, managing patient care pathways and day-to-day service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Being the first point of contact for service users.
* Handling administration and support processes for service users and their families visiting the centre, including preparing patients and assisting in the collection of forensic evidence.
* Supporting the SARC Manager with the daily operations of the centre.
* Ensuring high standards of DNA anti-contamination are maintained between forensic cases (cleaning).
* Assisting patients and liaising with other agencies regarding the management of the service user pathway.
* Preparing, supporting, and acting as an advocate for service users during their time at the SARC.
* Collaborating with stakeholders such as Police, NHSE, ISVA, and Social Services.
* Being a key team member within the SARC and wider company network.
Essential Skills:
* Good IT skills.
* Experience in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
* Knowledge of Safeguarding Children and Adults.
* Understanding of Confidentiality.
* Experience in administrative duties.
* This position is restricted to females only due to the nature of the role, under the Sex Discrimination Act, Section 7(2)b and 7(2)e.
* A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required as travel across SARCs may be necessary.
* Advanced DBS and Level 2 Police vetting will be required.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
* Experience working with individuals who have experienced sexual assault or violence.
* Experience in resource creation and distraction techniques.
* Project development and outreach experience.
* Training and presentation skills.
