Please note – Although our client accommodates remote working, you will ideally be located close to Manchester, Leeds or London. Also, this role will require regular UK-wide travel to events and to meet with clients so you must be happy and able to do this.
We are working with a brilliant independent creative agency that is looking for an Event Project Manager to join their close-knit team.
A snapshot of the role:
* End-to-end delivery of brand activations and live event projects
* Controlling budgets, timelines, supplier relationships and production plans
* Planning activity ahead of events and overseeing delivery on-site
* Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
* Working closely with internal teams across creative, production and operations
* Managing logistics and coordinating all moving parts to ensure seamless execution
* Contributing to new business activity
* Leading on-site teams
What they’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in brand activation projects
* Confident managing clients, budgets and multiple moving parts
* Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
* A natural leader who can motivate teams on-site and remotely
* Strong communication skills with a professional, client-first approach.
