Overview
Recruitment Administrator • Contract – Temporary • Working hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm • Location – Office based, Northampton, NN5 • Pay - £27,000 per annum, Weekly pay
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, and confident managing various admin duties including booking and scheduling interviews, keeping ATS systems up to date and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide all-round administrative support across operations and procurement
* Monitor agency staff hours
* Build and maintain Excel reports and trackers
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation
* Liaise with internal departments and suppliers
Requirements
* Proven admin experience in a similar role
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication and time management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive, can-do attitude
