In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.
The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You’ll work across Cornwall. Rostering will include an on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts.

18. To develop daily living skills.
19. Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
20. To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
21. To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
22. Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
