Overview
Telesales Specialist – Norwich. Full-time, or part-time (20 - 40 hours per week). Salary: £28,200 per year basic. Staffing Innovations are working with an elite manufacturer of production line and packaging machinery. In recent months, additional products have been added to the company portfolio, providing opportunities for the existing market and several others.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads or setting appointments. This role is key to supporting the sales team and improving customer reach and engagement. The Telemarketer will play a critical role in uncovering opportunities in existing and new markets. Tasks will include lead generation, managing sales documentation, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Any other duties relevant to this position. There is potential for career development / promotion.
Responsibilities

* Uncover opportunities in existing and new markets; perform lead generation; manage sales documentation; provide administrative support to the sales team.

Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: £28,200 per year
* Bonus Structure: per Qualified Appointment – £25 each (appointment must meet predefined quality criteria)
* Conversion Bonus – £150 per appointment that becomes a sale (paid once sale is confirmed)
* Monthly Appointment Bonus – £250 if 30+ qualified appointments/month
* Annual Success Bonus – £500-£1,000 if 10+ of their leads convert in a year
