ASAP Start HR Administrator Needed!


We are working with a prestigious Private Members Club based in the heart of Mayfair to recruit an HR Administrator on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who is looking to join a professional, high-end hospitality environment.


This is a hybrid role, with four days per week based onsite at the club and one day working from home. The successful candidate will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a smooth and efficient HR function.


Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of contracts and reference checks
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring the HR database is kept up to date
* Supporting with payroll administration and liaising with the finance team where needed
* Assisting with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
* Responding to general HR queries and providing support to employees and managers as required
* Helping to organise training sessions and keeping training records updated


The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a similar HR administration or assistant role
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, discreet manner
* Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
