2110 – Account Executive, Paid Search

EssenceMediacom is a new breed of media agency that uses analytics and technology to help brands win with consumers. We are looking for a motivated Paid Search Executive to join the adidas Paid Search team in London.


The Role

The successful candidate will develop their paid‑search skills and advance within EssenceMediacom.


Accountabilities

* Work with the Senior Executive or Account Manager to identify new campaign opportunities.
* Create monthly client reviews and provide insights on campaign performance.
* Communicate confidently with the team, clients, and media owners.
* Develop knowledge of other EssenceMediacom departments.
* Maintain relationships with relevant departments.
* Identify new initiatives and opportunities, e.g., testing new platforms or technologies.
* Improve understanding of client business to support overall mix delivery.
* Gain experience in wider biddable media.
* Learn client account servicing best practices.
* Take commercial responsibility for budgetary management, including bookings, billing, and spending limits.
* Enter media spend into booking systems promptly.
* Set up Paid Search campaigns and implement them via providers or technology interfaces.
* Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and commentary.
* Use tools to drive accountability, operational efficiencies, and actionable insights.
* Act professionally and responsibly at all times.


Skills and Experience

* Basic understanding of Paid Search in the digital mix.
* Basic understanding of digital media.
* Highly organised and analytical.
* Team player with a winning can‑do attitude.
* Confident presenter.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Administratively competent.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Efficient working style.
* Technical yet service‑industry suited with potential for client leadership and staff management.
* Effective stakeholder communication.
