About the Role: Our client helps people make space for what matters, and they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to turn that purpose into a brand customers recognise and choose. With multiple stores across the UK under two brands, our client is one of the sector’s fastest-growing operators. Marketing sits at the heart of that growth. This role is a hands-on, end-to-end role with two clear priorities: * Build local brand awareness — offline, community, partnerships, PR and in-store. * Drive enquiries — digital demand, PPC, website, email and social. Based in the Cheshire office, you’ll shape strategy from idea to execution as part of a small, ambitious team. Key Responsibilities: Brand & local awareness * Make our sites visible, trusted and memorable in their communities. * Run effective offline campaigns: OOH, direct mail, leaflets, events and partnerships. * Build relationships with estate agents, removals, SMEs, charities, councils and influencers. * Improve the in-store experience — signage, messaging and referrals. * Keep brand standards consistent across all locations. Digital performance * Drive enquiries through PPC, SEO, landing pages and CRO. * Write strong copy for ads, web, email, social and in-store. * Create or brief visuals that bring campaigns to life. Measurement * Track performance with GA and other tools. * Test, learn and optimise to improve ROI. Skills and Expertise: Must have * Proven experience owning marketing campaigns and results. * Strong copywriting and communication skills. * Creative confidence with messaging, visuals and brand. * Excellent organisation and project management. Highly valued * Local, multi-site or offline brand marketing experience. * Partnership and community marketing. * Ability to make a practical product feel human and appealing.
