Commission: In addition to your base salary we offer you the best commission scheme and earning potential in recruitment with OTE earnings from £40,000 - £70,000+ Year 1, £50,000 - £100,000+ Year 2, £75,000 - £150,000+ Year 3

Responsible for Account Management of current clients.
· Business Development and attracting new accounts.
· Developing and building relationships in your niche specialist market and delivering search solutions at the highest level.
· Sourcing and actively headhunting mid to senior-level candidates for clients worldwide, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for roles specialised within the industry.
· Attending conferences and industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and your specialist industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Motivation to be a future business leader
· Solid computer skills across MS including PPT, Word, Excel and Outlook
