As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What Does the Role Involve?
In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same. Your activities will include:
1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and turning insights into tailored solutions.
2. Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
3. Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

What You Need Is:
