A new opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to join a leading Thames Valley law firm renowned for its commercial edge and progressive culture.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the team’s continued growth and success. The role will involve:
* Advising employer clients on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
* Supporting corporate transactions through due diligence and employment advice.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Supporting the team’s business development initiatives and thought leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE in employment law.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
* Have experience advising employers across a range of sectors.
* Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Be commercially aware and confident in dealing directly with clients.
* Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
