Radleys Primary School Required as soon as possible Level 3 SEN Learning Support Assistant – 32.5 hours G5 SCP 12 £27,711pa – 17 £30,060pa pro rata to hours worked This is a fixed-term post linked to SEN need. We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs, to join us and support one of our amazing children – sometimes in a 1:1 capacity. In this key role, you will work closely with the SENDCo, class teacher and an incredibly supportive team. The ideal candidate will be calm, empathetic, patient, energetic and resilient. You will be understanding, responsive and committed to inspiring and motivating children with an EHCP/SEND to reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who already has a background in /experience of supporting children with SEMH or other SEND needs, preferably in a primary education setting. You need to be a warm and approachable person who is a dynamic and innovative practitioner. Initially, the post will be based in Y2, but our expectation is that you will be flexible and able to work across the entire primary age range.
