About you
You’ve been hands-on in the signage or graphics world for a while now. You know your way around vinyl application and digital print production. You take pride in the details, and you’re not afraid of a busy, fast-paced environment. You’re just as comfortable working on your own as you are being part of a team.
You’re organised, proactive and committed to hitting deadlines without cutting corners on quality.
Your experience
You’ll need at least three years of solid experience in vinyl application and digital printing. You’ll be confident using software like Adobe Illustrator, Publisher, Microsoft Office and Onyx Thrive RIP. You’ll also be used to working with digital printers and vinyl plotters.
A keen eye for detail is a must, along with a good understanding of print production processes and safe working practices.
What you’ll be doing with your experience
You’ll be operating a range of digital printers and finishing equipment, including:
Canon Arizona Flatbed
Canon Colorado UV Printer
HP 370 Latex Printer
Mimaki Plotters
CNC Letter Bender
Laser Welding Equipment
You’ll be working from artwork files, processing jobs, and applying vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates. You’ll also be involved in maintaining and servicing the machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly and jobs are delivered on time.
You’ll play a key role in keeping quality high and the department running safely and efficiently.
