* Experience as an Attachment Technician or relevant engineering knowledge in electronics, mechanics, or hydraulics.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Flexibility, self-motivation, and willingness to undertake occasional overnight stays for training.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused attitude and commitment to service excellence.
* Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
