As a Junior-Mid Graphic Designer, youll bring a fresh perspective and strong visual sensibility to our collections and marketing materials. Youll design everything from packaging and gifting materials to in-store POS displays, digital ads, and email campaigns. This role requires an understanding of fashion trends, and a flair for turning creative direction into striking visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Create on-brand graphic designs for apparel, product packaging, and gifting materials.
* Develop engaging visual assets for digital campaigns and email marketing.
* Support the design and production of in-store POS materials and window displays.
* Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to translate brand concepts into visual stories.
* Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Maintain consistency with the brand identity across all channels.
Skills & Experience
* 1-3 years of graphic design fashion, retail, or consumer brands
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Strong typography, layout, and colour theory skills.
* Understanding of print production and packaging design processes.
* Experience with digital design (email and social media graphics)
* Familiarity with ecommerce or Shopify design templates.
* Passionate about design, culture, and visual storytelling.
* Proactive and collaborative, with good communication skills.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
