Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and public sector members, you’ll help maximise framework utilisation, support member call-offs, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of their framework portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the development, mobilisation, and ongoing management of public sector procurement frameworks and dynamic marketsManage compliant sourcing activities, including framework tenders, mini-competitions, and further competitionsSupport members in defining requirements, running call-off processes, and applying framework agreements effectivelyDraft, formalise, and maintain framework and call-off contract documentationBuild and manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolutionEnsure frameworks remain compliant with public sector procurement regulations and best practiceMonitor commercial, operational, and supplier performance against agreed KPIsSupport framework marketing, communications, and engagement activity to drive uptake and valuePromote our client's corporate values, social value, and ESG commitmentsFacilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across procurement categoriesWe’re seeking someone who is:Proactive, self-motivated, and delivery-focusedExperienced in public sector procurement and framework managementA strong communicator with the ability to engage confidently with members, suppliers, and stakeholdersHighly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple framework activities simultaneouslyAdaptable and effective in collaborative, evolving environmentsQualifications & ExperienceCIPS Level 4 (or working towards) or a relevant degree / equivalent public sector procurement experienceDemonstrable experience delivering or managing public sector procurement frameworks or DPSStrong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and compliant tendering processes (PCR 2013 / PA 2023)Experience using e-tendering platforms and managing supplier performanceStrong Excel and data analysis skills (Pivot Tables, reporting; VBA desirable)Excellent stakeholder engagement, reporting, and presentation skillsFull driving licence desirableWhy Join Our client?Voted by Sunday Times as one of the "Best Places to Work", our client are proud to be a B Corp and a leader in sustainable, ethical business practices.
