This partner led, independent Surveying Practice are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team in Leeds.
Out of their superb offices in Leeds City Centre, they specialise in Commercial Property Management, Valuation/Professional Services, Agency, Lease Advisory and Building Consultancy.

What you will be doing
Working closely with a team of Commercial Property Managers and admin support based at the office in the centre of Leeds, you will be;
Responsible for all aspects of commercial property management including Service Charges, Landlord & Tenant and Health & Safety/Compliance
Working on a mixed portfolio of industrial, retail and office property for a variety of clients, from listed companies to private prop co’s to high net worth individuals
Mainly working on properties in Leeds and Yorkshire, but there are other assets under management throughout the UK
Overseeing the maintenance of the properties under management via third party contractors
Liaising with Accounts on rent, service charge and insurance invoicing, budgeting, year end reconciliations and other financial queries
Setting up charges on the property management system
Ensuring properties under management are fully compliant in terms of Health & Safety, Fire, DDA, asbestos, legionella etc
Liaising with tenants under management including regular site inspections
What you will have
Commercial Property Management experience is essential
RICS accredited degree is desirable
Being chartered is a huge plus and package is negotiable depending on experience
FULL UK driving licence and access to your own car
