Transport Manager
We have an opportunity for a Transport Manager to join our team at our new depot in Kennards House, Launceston. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 11am‑8pm.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for managing and developing our transport office and driver teams is integral to the success of the role.
Requirements
* Operational management experience in either a Pallet Network, Parcel Network or General haulage, a minimum of 3 years experience
* Transport Planning experience in Devon & Cornwall, minimum of 3 years
* Customer & service delivery focused
* Solutions oriented with Problem Solving Skills in a fast paced environment
* People centric, proven track record of leading, motivating & empowering people
* Driven to achieve KPIs within budget
* Managers CPC essential
* Operators Licence desirable
* Pallet or parcel network experience: 3 years (required)
* Transport office experience: 3 years (required)
* Driving licence (required)
* Transport Manager CPC (required)
* Operators Licence (Preferred)
