Job Vacancy: Healthcare Assistant Nights
Location: St Winifreds Care Home in Deal, Kent CT14 9PP
Contracted hours: 44 hours (every other weekend free, as applicable)
Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements. (Hourly) rate of pay: £13.00
As a Healthcare Assistant at Nellsar Care Homes, you will be part of an exceptionally supportive team, providing outstanding physical, emotional, and social assistance to the people living at St Winifreds Care Home.

The Health Care Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
* Ensuring care plans, assessments, risk assessments and other care documentation are followed accordingly.
* Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
* Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity at all times.
* Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
* Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
