Are you excited by the chance of running an independent Hotel / Restaurant / Bar in a great location?
We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, friendly management team to work together, with a passion for customer service and extensive knowledge of building a business & driving sales.
As a Hotel Manager, you would be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating your team.
Your role would also include:
1. Making sure rooms and communal areas are cleaned thoroughly and consistently
2. Ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standard
3. Maximising food and beverage sales by upselling
4. Reviewing customer feedback to produce targeted action plans
5. Reporting and overseeing any repairs or maintenance needed
6. Additional responsibilities include rota management, banking, and health and safety
The ideal candidate for this role will have preferably been a General Manager, or equivalent, in a customer-facing industry and will have led a team in a shift environment. Experience of food and beverage would be advantageous for at least one of the management team.
You will need to have outstanding leadership skills and be able to motivate others to perform to the best of their ability.
This is a self-employed role, and you will receive 20 - 24% of weekly net turnover to pay you and your staff.
Live-in accommodation is available.
